The whole rate card on one page. 2.5% platform fee, £0.75 per-ticket floor, Stripe processing passed through at cost. That's it.
Per year vs the average competitor.
Same product across all tiers. Difference is the per-ticket floor and the level of human help during onboarding.
Based on each platform's publicly published rate cards as of April 2026 — please verify with each provider before signing. Stripe processing (1.4% + 20p) is the same everywhere and excluded; what's listed below is platform margin.
No. The 2.5% (or 5%, or your custom rate) plus the £0.75 floor is what you pay us. Stripe charges its own card-processing fee (1.4% + 20p UK cards) which is identical on every platform — we pass it through at cost, no markup.
For very low ticket prices (£3 community gigs, free RSVPs with door upgrades) the percentage alone wouldn't cover Stripe's 20p fee. £0.75 is the minimum we charge per ticket so the unit economics work — it kicks in below ~£30 ticket price.
Your call. We default to absorbed (you pay the 2.5%, fan sees the round number on the listing) because it converts better. You can flip it to passed-through per event if you'd rather quote net.
Stripe Connect runs daily payouts. A sale that clears today lands in your nominated UK account on staged tranches starting as early as 48 hours after a sale. No threshold, no application.
You can export your full ticket and customer database to CSV any time. No notice period, no exit fee, no clawback on unredeemed tickets. We'd rather you stay because you want to.
Yes — for the life of the account. It's in your terms of service. If we ever raise standard pricing, founders stay at 2.5%. The 50-cap is so we can actually afford that promise.
